This website, its resources and the use thereof, were designed and published, with the exclusive intentions of offering psychotherapeutic treatment to the users on this website and in return, the consumers of said service will choose and pay for each service, as described, by payment method of their choice.

Milton Anthony LPC, as stated in disclaimer, shall not be held liable for any damage that may occur, to any person or persons or property thereof, while consumer is engaged in therapeutic relationship. Milton Anthony LPC is not making claim to any such notion that he can or will “cure all” or “heal all” conditions that may be presented to him, while consumers are engaged in therapeutic relationships.

Use of this web site and its resources are, and shall be considered done so by consumers absolute and total free will, with no extorted, coercive or otherwise pressured actions from Milton Anthony LPC, or any of his colleagues and or associates.

While using this web site and its resources, any suggestions and or advice given by Milton Anthony LPC, will be viewed by the consumer as “suggestive” in nature and is in no way binding to the consumer to follow, and this information is only given with the idea that completion of said advice will render the best possible outcome for the consumer.

After reading these terms and conditions, along with the privacy policy and pursuing with enrollment, for any such services offered, the consumer is agreeing to all stipulations, terms and conditions set forth by Milton Anthony LPC, in his “Informed Consent Agreement,” “Privacy Policy” and these “Terms and Conditions.”

This potential consumer understands and agrees that once payment is initiated for said service he/she is automatically involved in psychotherapeutic relationship with Milton Anthony LPC and shall remain so until potential consumer or Milton Anthony LPC decides to terminate this relationship.

All members of “Last Resort Counseling” group shall remain members for 30 days and upon 31st day they will be automatically billed the sum of $47 to their original “sign-up” credit card or e-check used when signing up, unless otherwise notified by potential consumer.
